Nemont acquires Parsec Data Management, Montana's premier full-service Tier 3 Data Center

Scobey, MT December 21, 2018 – Nemont is excited to announce the acquisition of Parsec Data Management, Montana’s premier full-service Tier 3 Data Center, providing Colocation, Cloud Solutions, Disaster Recovery, Backup, and Hosting.  This acquisition complements the suite of Broadband services Nemont provides through its subsidiaries; Project Telephone, Sagebrush Cellular, Missouri Valley Communications, and Nemont Communications Inc.

The new addition to Nemont will allow for an offering of Cloud Based Services to its existing customer base and open up new opportunities for revenue in the Nemont footprint.
